Contents: Introduction on EMS – What, Why, Benefits, Principles, Historical background, ISO 14001:2004 Consistency and Compatibility, Terms and definitions, ISO 14001:2004 Requirements – General Requirements, Environmental Policy, Planning, Implementation and operation, Checking, Management Review, Practical approach in implementation, Checklist for ISO 14001:2004 EMS
Every participant will be provided a copy of ‘Understanding ISO 14001: 2004 EMS’ released by NCQM Ajmer Centre.
Training Programme on ‘DEPARTMENTAL INQUIRY AWARENESS’
Duration: 1 day
Contents: Why Departmental Inquiry needed?, General Tips, Tips for Inquiry Officer, Flow Activities – Inquiry Proceedings, TIPS for Presenting Officers, Tips for Charge-sheeted Employee and Defence Representative.
Training Programme on ‘COMPLAINT HANDLING PROCESS’
Duration: 1 day
Contents: Introduction on Complaint Handling Process, Need, Benefits, How to make the process effective, Introduction on Indian Standard on Complaint Handling Process, Planning and Implementation of Complaint Handling Process as per Indian Standard.
